		<description>If I remember correctly, last year Argentina switched to DST spontaneously, after running into energy supply problems. (What strikes me as smart, as switching off ONE of the TWO elevators in my house - I'm no expert, but I would expect an elevator that does the double work, to use the same energy as two elevators that do half the work?)</description>

		<description>In the case of Argentina and Uruguay, the time zone change during the summer was for energy saving purposes (which is a highly debatable matter, as a matter of fact!), not absurd political reasons, as apparently is in Venezuela.</description>
